About Me

Your author is a lover of the risen Jesus.  A husband, father, seminary student and pastor.

I have been married for almost 5 years and I have loved every minute of it.  We now have a beautiful son and another child on the way.

I serve a congregation outside of Pittsburgh and they are wonderful people.

I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Criminology and a minor in Religious Studies.  I attended High School in Wellsboro, PA and a Vocational Technical school in Towanda, PA.

My preaching, writings, and thoughts are influenced by Jesus Christ and by the books I have read.  Some of my favorite authors are Rob Bell, Mike Yaconelli, Donald Miller, Ted Dekkar, Francis Chan, and John Wesley.

I hope for this blog to be a collection of my thoughts and a collection of all the extra things I couldn’t fit in my sermons.  I hope you enjoy your time on this blog.
